BVision high-performance A1200 graphics cards expected back in stock early February 2000

Phase 5 announced that they were ceasing production of the BVision A1200 graphics card in Summer 1999. However, under pressure from Eyetech, phase 5 have agreed to let DCE - Germany's premier Amiga peripheral manufacturer - build a further batch of BVision cards for Eyetech. We ordered the BVisions from DCE in late October 1999 allowing DCE to place their own parts order in early November. The main chips are on a 3-month lead time with production scheduled to start at the end of January 2000.

Although the production costs in D-Marks are expected to be about 8% higher than when phase 5 made the units (due to increased prices of the main chips) the current strength of the UK pound against the DM means that UK retail prices of the BVision will probably remain the same as for the phase 5 production.

As this is likely to be the last batch ever produced, if you have a Blizzard PowerUp PPC accelerator and need a BVision for it you would be well advised to place an advanced order with Eyetech to avaoid disappointment.

No funds will be deducted from your credit card or cheques banked until goods are available for despatch. And - unlike many other suppliers - we make no charge for cancelled orders before shipment if you subsequently change your mind.
